Urge Clark County Commissioners to Support Jay Owenhouse

Jay Owenhouse and his Las Vegas Show is being wrongfully blocked due to push back and propaganda from radical animal abolition organization,  People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

We are calling upon all of our members, and beyond, to help support a fellow lawful animal business.

Jay Owenhouse and his family are ready to bring their show of wholesome, family entertainment, magic, and their beautiful Bengal Tigers to Las Vegas. But the animal rights extremist groups are doing everything they can to derail their show.

Despite the fact that the Owenhouse production already received its Special Use Permit in 2020 by unanimous vote by Clark County Commissioners, but later, due to economic constraints of COVID policies, Mr. Owenhouse was forced to find a new venue location on the Las Vegas Strip.

With a new location for his venue in place, Clark County Commissioners are requiring Mr. Owenhouse to reapply for the County's Special Use Permit, and no coincidence, the animal rights organizations have interfered in the process, inserting their usual (and predictable) propaganda to influence the County Commissioners and pressure them to deny Mr. Owenhouse's Special Use Permit.

Mr. Owenhouse’s show has a 25-year successful record bringing family entertainment, magic, and the important message about conservation of endangered animals all over the world, while he and his family were hoping to establish a permanent residency in Las Vegas.

As previously mentioned, Clark County was thrilled to have him in 2020 and unanimously passed his original permit application. The only thing that has changed is the coercion by radical, animal rights groups such as CompassionWorks International, PETA, SHARK (SHowing Animals Respect & Kindness), HSUS, and others. Every animal rights campaign against Owenhouse is rife with misinformation, lies, and propaganda.

We are asking that you invest a small amount of time to support Jay Owenhouse, his family, his tigers, and his business by doing two things:

First, please send each Clark County Commissioner an email urging them to issue the Special Use Permit to Jay Owenhouse.

Numbers matter, so we are hoping for a strong showing!

This Virtual Town Hall is not a formal hearing, so lengthy or formal testimony is not necessary. The County Commissioners are looking for a show of support for Jay Owenhouse and his show.
